When you call, please choose from the following options:

• Press 1 – Pay Your Bill

• Press 2 – Billing Questions, Distribution Issues or Customer Service

• Press 3 – Water Treatment Plant (staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week)

 

After-Hours Water Emergencies:
If you experience a water emergency outside of normal business hours, please call the main number and press 3 to reach the Water Treatment Plant first.

If you are unable to reach someone, please hang up and dial 911 and ask for emergency dispatch.

 

Important After-Hours Notice:
If District staff responds after normal business hours and the issue is determined not to be on the District’s side of the meter, an after-hours service fee of $132 will apply.

Examples of Water Emergencies:

• No water service

• Major water leak or main break

• Sudden loss of water pressure

• Water flowing into a roadway or structure
